Nepalese Farce to Move to Next Act?

Royalty of Nepal in 1920The April Fool's Government seems ready to strike a deal with the Maoists, declaring the Kingdom of Nepal a republic, to be endorsed by the “Constituent Assembly.” So Reuters reports.
