I have just finished reading an article in the (London) Telegraph in which the usual lot have demanded that a statue of the great empire builder Cecil Rhodes be taken down as it offends modern sensibilities. This has already happened at the university of South Africa it seems. The spokesman for the movement at Oxford has just been "outed" as a Rhodes scholar! Oh, the irony!
