It would be salutary for the Rumanians to have a Queen; the Bulgarians should upon suitable reflection restore their monarchy. And poor Greece!Years ago, whilst passing the terrace of the Cafe Royal in London I espied King Constantine having his coffee and reading the "Telegraph". What a great waste of executive talent! He alone can unite all Greeks with the exception of the extreme anarchist/Marxist rabble.We never thought to see the monarchy restored in Spain in our lifetime but there it is!
